 Our mission is to create a safe accountable healthy sober living community' we are a non profit foundation dedcated to supporting and empowering Individuals through substance-free residential recovery homes.

OUR PURPOSE

Grace and Graditude Sober Living is a recovery-based program located in beautiful Fernandina Beach FL. We foster a positive and structured enviroment for those with a desire to stop useing drugs and alcohol and begin a new way of life.


OUR VISION

    Grace and Gradtitude Sober Living operates on guidelines, rules,and responsibilities in the homes to maintain a system for personal accountability leading to recovery and becoming productive members of society. In addition, our non profit strives to foster relationships with churches, businesses, and addiction support services, and families who are affected by drugs and alcohol addiction. Grace and Graditude Sober Living message to the community is that recovering addicts are our next door neighbors. our childern, and our families.

12 STEP PROGRAMS

WE ARE WORKING THE 12 STEP PROGRAMS. WE ARE ALSO CHANGING THE MIND SET THRU PRACTICING THESE PRINCIPLES IN ALL OUR AFFAIRS.

12 STEP PROGRAMS/ SOBER LIVING ENVIORMENT

HELPING ADDICTS AND ALCHOLICS WORK A 12 STEP PROGRAM AND HELPING THEM TO LEARN INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS. We also help with getting Health INSURANCE. Assistance with filing for Food stamps. Mental Health help at Starting Point. we have Doctors who help us with HIV, HEPITITUS C, BLOOD TESTING OUR SERVICES ALSO HELP OUR WOMEN AND MEN FIND EMPLOYMENT NO MONEY TO START. WE ALSO HELP WITH HYGEINES, CLOTHING ,TRANSPORTATION TO MEETINGS AND WE OFFER CLASSES TO HELP UNDERSTAND THE 12 STEPS

Life Skills

Interactive workshops that teach essential life skills, empowering individuals to build a stable and fulfilling life post-recovery. We also Partner with Operation NEW HOPE. AND PARTNER WITH PRISON HOUSEING. It is a 6 month program and housing for when you graduate the program. Program fees are $200 waived for the first 2 weeks.
